Summary: Load parts into CNC machine and check parts to customer prints

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Be able to use torque wrenches to clamp parts

• Use calipers and Micrometers to check part to customers drawing

• Clean and maintain equipment

• Fill machine with coolant

• Cut material using bandsaw

• Break down job and put away all fixturing etc

• Maintain 5S in their area

 

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Pass on needed information to next shift

 

Qualifications

• 1yr experience on CNC machines

• 1yr of basic blueprint reading skills

• Ability to problem solve

• Ability to work with co-workers and supervisors
